Jena Dyco Mission Statement

Jena Dyco strives to provide the highest quality training and technical support to the carpet cleaning, restoration and associated industries. As an independent Registered Training Organisation and IICRC Approved School, Jena Dyco ensures that the content of their courses is constantly updated to be in line with industry research and trends. All courses are run by industry experienced instructors, who cater each course to suit the participants and their needs. All courses include a comprehensive "Hands-on" components and introduces participants to equipment and chemical procedures, practical techniques and problem solving strategies, marketing, customer service and networking opportunities.

Jena-Dyco is the first and only independent school recognised by IICRC in Australia. (IICRC is the world leading authority and an independent certification body, which sets and promotes professional standards in carpet care industry worldwide.) Jena-Dyco is the Registered Training Organisation with the Commonwealth Government.

Jena-Dyco was established by Olga and Felix Krivitsky in 1989 and has been providing quality training since 1990. Jena-Dyco instructors have trained over 1000 technicians throughout the Pacific Rim in numerous aspects of Carpet Care and Maintenance. All information and techniques taught at Jena-Dyco courses are based on extensive knowledge of local carpet conditions and requirements as well as the Australian/New Zealand Carpet Care Standards and the International Carpet Care recommendations. All courses and manuals are prepared and written in Australia and are taught by IICRC Australian Instructors.
