Jena-Dyco was established by Olga and Felix Krivitsky in 1989 and has been providing quality training since 1990. Jena-Dyco instructors have trained over 1000 technicians throughout the Pacific Rim in numerous aspects of Carpet Care and Maintenance. All information and techniques taught at Jena-Dyco courses are based on extensive knowledge of local carpet conditions and requirements as well as the Australian/New Zealand Carpet Care Standards and the International Carpet Care recommendations. All courses and manuals are prepared and written in Australia and are taught by IICRC Australian Instructors.
